- 30 min-1 hour of movement each day. Example: working out, taking a walk, parking farther away.
- Drink half an ounce to an ounce of water for each pound you weigh
- Get 8 hours of sleep
- Complete 5 minutes of meditation
Believe it or not, small changes in your life can completley transform how you feel. Before I started working out, drinking water, and getting enough sleep, I was low energy, my face was always broken. out, and I was depleted. Small tasks were a chore, and life was becoming so repetitive that I didn’t have much to look forward to.
